If in case you are not too happy, We are here to help and We are going to assist you right through out.
So here are everything you need to know regarding Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
If you’d like a Return or Exchange
Return standards and conditions
- Exchanges/ returns are eligible within 7 days after receiving the package.
- Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unopened, undamaged with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition
- If the desired exchange product is out of stock, store credit will be issued which can be used at any point valid up to 12 months.
- At this moment we do not bear the cost of returning the item, This will have to be paid by you.
However if you are not happy with the product, you could always return it for store credits. Provided the return standards and conditions are met.
How Do I get my order exchanged?
- Make sure the return standards and conditions mentioned above are met
- If the desired exchange item is out of stock, it will be considered as a return.

I want to return my order for store credit
If you are unhappy with your product and want to return it back, (Option only available for domestic orders)
- You could drop it off at our store and request store credit valid up to 12 months. (Product must have the original tags as well as returned within 7 days from received date) No. 44/1, Gomagoda, Kandy, Sri Lanka
- However if that’s not convenient for you, you could also courier the package back to us, (No. 44/1, Gomagoda, Kandy, Sri Lanka)
Please do attach a slip with your
- Order number.
- Names of returning items as per invoice.
- Contact number.
- Reason for return.
This will help us to identify your order. Upon receiving your item, our team will inspect your package and proceed to issue store credits for you provided that all return conditions are met.
Missing item from your order/ Received a damaged item
In the highly unlikely event of an item missing from your order or you’ve received an item with a defect, we will ensure a seamless hassle free process to get your order right.
Simply write an email to us on info@spyzer.lk with the order number and the missing item.
Kindly do allow us 10-14 working days to arrange this for you.
We will ensure all issues are handled from our end to ensure you have a hassle free shopping experience.
